TLAY Health is owned and operated by Dr. Titilayo Unegbu. Dr. Titilayo attended Nursing school at Lagos University Teaching Hospital, Lagos State Nigeria in 1985, obtained her BSN degree from Bowie State University in 1998, Obtained her Masters degree in Health Management (MBA) from American Intercontinental University Hoffman Illinois in 2006. She obtained her MSN with concentration in Adult- Gerontology Nurse Practitioner in 2022 from Walden University. Doctorate in Nursing Practice degree from Chamberlain University, Illinois in 2024.
She owned and operated Tlay healthcare in Florida in 2006 through 2007. She has extensive experience in home care, Nursing Management as Director of Nursing and Nursing Administration. She is a member of the American Nurses Association.
TLAY HealthCare is licensed as a Level 111 residential service agency by the Maryland Department of Health and Mental Hygiene. Office of Health Care Quality. License #R4574R.
